🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in Windows desktop dev with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML; C++ preferred.
- Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and .NET/native interop.
- Proven track record shipping production Windows apps with reliability and performance.
- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation) and inclusive software.
- Strong fundamentals in OOP, design patterns, data structures, algorithms, memory, and async.
- Experience leading technical design, mentoring engineers, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
