- Experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation) for inclusive software.
- Solid fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory, threading/async.
- Experience leading design, mentoring, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
- Strong communication; articulate tradeoffs and drive cross-functional consensus.
- User-centric mindset: build polished, accessible experiences for end users.
