- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation) and inclusive software.
- Solid fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, algorithms, memory management, multithreading.
- Experience leading technical design, mentoring engineers, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
