🎯 Requirements

- 3+ years Windows desktop dev with Windows App SDK/WinUI, C#, XAML; C++/Win32/WinRT/COM a plus. \n
- Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and .NET/native interop. \n
- Proven track record shipping production Windows apps with reliability and performance. \n
- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation). \n
- Strong fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, algorithms, memory management, multithreading. \n
- Experience leading design, mentoring, code reviews, and architecture decisions. \n
