- Proven track record shipping production desktop apps with reliability and performance.
- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation) and inclusive software.
- Strong fundamentals: OOP, patterns, data structures, algorithms, memory, multithreading.
- Experience leading design, mentoring engineers, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
