๐ฏ Requirements
- 3+ years in Windows desktop app dev using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML; C++ preferred.
- Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and interop between .NET and native code.
- Proven track record designing, building, shipping production desktop apps with reliability, performance, maintainability.
- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UIA) and building accessible software.
- Excellent fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, algorithms, memory management, multi-threading/async.
- Experience leading technical design, mentoring engineers, code reviews, and architecture-level decisions.
