- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs and inclusive software.
- Strong fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory management, multi-threading.
- Experience leading technical design, mentoring, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
