- 3+ years Windows desktop dev with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML; ideally C++.
- Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and .NET/native interop.
- Proven track record shipping production desktop apps with reliability and performance.
- Strong accessibility experience on Windows (UI Automation) and inclusive software.
- Strong fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory management.
- Experience leading technical design, mentoring engineers, code reviews.
