Senior Software Engineer, Windows/Desktop Applications

📋 Description

• Lead design of Windows desktop apps using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, and XAML.
• Define and enforce best practices for architecture, performance, memory, and maintainability.
• Drive accessibility with UI Automation and keyboard/screen-reader support.
• Collaborate with product, UX, QA, and designers to shape UI/UX and roadmap.
• Own features end-to-end from conception to release and maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve complex bugs, performance issues, and rendering problems.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years Windows desktop apps with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML; C++ a plus.
• Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and .NET/native interop.
• Proven track record shipping production desktop apps with reliability and performance.
• Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation).
• Strong fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory, multi-threading.
• Experience leading design, mentoring engineers, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
