🎯 Requirements

- Proven track record shipping production desktop apps with reliability and performance.
- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation).
- Solid fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, algorithms, multithreading.
- Experience leading design, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
- Excellent communication; able to align cross-functional teams.
- User-centric mindset for polished, accessible end-user experiences.
