🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in Windows desktop development using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML; C++ a plus
- Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and interop between managed (.NET) and native code
- Proven track record shipping production-quality desktop apps with reliability and performance
- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UIA) and inclusive software
- Strong fundamentals: OOP, patterns, data structures, algorithms, memory management, multithreading
- Experience leading design, mentoring engineers, code reviews, and architecture decisions
- Strong communication and collaboration; ability to drive consensus
- User-centric mindset: focus on polished, intuitive, accessible experiences
