Lead design and development of Windows desktop apps using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML; C++ as needed.
Define and enforce Windows desktop best practices: architecture, performance, memory, UI, compatibility.
Drive accessibility: APIs, focus, keyboard navigation, screen readers, inclusive UX.
Collaborate with designers, UX researchers, QA, and stakeholders on feature planning and roadmap.
Own full feature lifecycle: conception, design, implementation, testing, release, maintenance.
Identify and resolve bugs, performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, and rendering issues.
