  • Proven track record delivering production-quality Windows desktop apps focusing on reliability and performance.
  • Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation) and inclusive software.
  • Strong fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory mgmt, multithreading/async.
  • Experience leading design, mentoring, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
