- Proven track record delivering production-quality Windows desktop apps focusing on reliability and performance.
- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation) and inclusive software.
- Strong fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory mgmt, multithreading/async.
- Experience leading design, mentoring, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
