🎯 Requirements

- Experience with native Windows interop (C++, Win32/WinRT/COM)
- Proven track record shipping production Windows apps (reliability, perf)
- Strong experience with accessibility APIs on Windows (UI Automation)
- Solid fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, multi-threading
- Experience leading design, mentoring engineers, code reviews
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration; user-centric mindset
