🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years Windows desktop dev with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML; C++ a plus.
- Deep understanding of Windows app architecture, .NET and native interop.
- Proven track record shipping reliable, performant, scalable desktop apps.
- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation) and inclusive software.
- Strong fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory management, multithreading.
- Experience leading design, mentoring, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
- Strong communication; articulate tradeoffs and cross-functional collaboration.
- User-centric mindset building polished, accessible UX.
