  • Lead native Windows app design and development with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML (C++ if needed).

  • 3+ years in Windows desktop development using Windows App SDK/WinUI, C#, XAML; native C++ a plus.

  • Proven track record shipping production-quality desktop apps with reliability and performance.
  • Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation) and accessible software.
  • Solid fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory management, multi-threading.
  • Experience leading design, mentoring engineers, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
