🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in Windows desktop dev using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML; plus C++.
- Deep understanding of Windows app architecture, interop between managed and native code.
- Proven track record shipping production Windows desktop apps with reliability and performance.
- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation).
- Strong OOP, design patterns, data structures, algorithms, memory mgmt, multi-threading.
- Experience leading design, mentoring engineers, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
