🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years Windows desktop apps with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML; C++ a plus.
- Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and .NET-native interop.
- Proven track record shipping production Windows apps with reliability and performance.
- Strong accessibility experience (UI Automation) and inclusive software.
- Strong fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory management, multithreading/async.
- Experience leading design, mentoring engineers, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
