📋 Description

  • Lead design and dev of Windows desktop apps (Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML).
  • Define and enforce best practices for performance, memory, UI responsiveness.
  • Advance accessibility: UI Automation, keyboard and screen-reader support.
  • Collaborate with designers, UX researchers, QA to shape feature plans.
  • Own features end-to-end from conception to release and maintenance.
  • Identify and fix complex bugs, perf issues, memory leaks, rendering.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years Windows desktop apps with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML; C++ a plus.
  • Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and .NET-native interop.
  • Proven track record shipping production Windows apps with reliability and performance.
  • Strong accessibility experience (UI Automation) and inclusive software.
  • Strong fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory management, multithreading/async.
  • Experience leading design, mentoring engineers, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
