Senior Software Engineer, Windows/Desktop Applications

📋 Description

• Lead design, architecture, and development of Windows desktop apps (WinUI, C#, XAML).
• Ensure cross-version compatibility (Windows 10/11+) and maintainability.
• Drive accessibility: UI Automation, focus, keyboard nav.
• Collaborate with product designers, UX researchers, and QA.
• Own features end-to-end from conception to maintenance.
• Identify and fix complex bugs, performance bottlenecks, and leaks.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years Windows desktop dev with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML; C++ a plus.
• Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and .NET/native interop.
• Proven track record shipping production desktop apps with reliability.
• Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation).
• Solid fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, and multithreading.
• Experience leading design, mentoring, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
