🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in Windows desktop apps with Windows App SDK/WinUI, C#, XAML; C++ preferred.
- Deep understanding of Windows app architecture; interop between .NET and native code.
- Proven track record shipping production desktop apps with reliability and performance.
- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation).
- Strong fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory management, multi-threading/async.
- Experience leading design, mentoring engineers, code reviews, architecture decisions.
- Strong communication; able to trade off and collaborate cross-functional.
- User-centric mindset for polished, accessible UX.
