🎯 Requirements

- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation) and inclusive software.
- Excellent fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory management, multi-threading.
- Experience leading technical design, mentoring engineers, and code reviews.
