🎯 Requirements

- Deep understanding of Windows app architecture, interop between managed and native code.
- Proven track record shipping production desktop apps with reliability and performance.
- Strong experience with accessibility APIs on Windows (UI Automation or similar).
- Strong fundamentals: OOP, patterns, data structures, algorithms, memory management, multi-threading.
- Experience leading technical design, mentoring engineers, code reviews, architecture decisions.
