- Collaborate with designers/QA to shape Windows feature roadmap.
- Own full feature lifecycle from concept to release and maintenance.

🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in Windows desktop development with Windows App SDK/WinUI/C#/XAML; C++ a plus.
- Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and interop (.NET/native).
- Proven track record shipping production desktop apps (reliability, perf, maintainability).
- Experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation) and inclusive UX.
- Strong fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory, multithreading/async.
- Leadership in design and mentoring; bonus: UI tests, perf optimizations, localization.
