- Proven track record shipping production desktop apps.
- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation).
- Solid fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory, multi-threading.
- Experience leading design, mentoring, reviews, and architecture decisions.
- Strong communication; drive cross-functional alignment.
- User-centric mindset for polished, accessible UX.
