- Proven track record shipping production desktop apps with reliability and performance.
- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs and inclusive software.
- Excellent fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory management, multithreading.
- Experience leading design, mentoring, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
- User-centric mindset: polished, intuitive, accessible UX.
