🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in Windows desktop dev with Windows App SDK/WinUI, C#, XAML; native C++/Win32/WinRT/COM preferred.
- Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and .NET/native interop.
- Proven track record shipping production desktop apps; reliability and performance.
- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation).
- Strong fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory management, multithreading.
- Experience leading design, mentoring engineers, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
- Strong communication; articulate tradeoffs, cross-functional collaboration, and consensus.
- User-centric mindset: polished, accessible UX.
