- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation) and inclusive software.
- Excellent fundamentals: OOP, patterns, data structures, memory, multi-threading/async.
- Experience leading design, mentoring, code reviews, architecture decisions.
- Strong communication; ability to tradeoffs, cross-functional collaboration.
- User-centric mindset: polished, accessible experiences for end users.
