- Proven track record shipping production-grade Windows desktop apps.
- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation).
- Solid fundamentals: OOP, patterns, data structures, memory, multi-threading.
- Experience leading design, mentoring, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
