🎯 Requirements

- Proven track record shipping production-quality desktop apps with reliability and performance.
- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation) and inclusive software.
- Strong fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory management, multithreading.
- Experience leading design, mentoring, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
