- 3+ years in Windows desktop dev with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML; C/C++ a plus.
- Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and managed/native interop.
- Proven track record shipping production desktop apps with reliability and performance.
- Strong experience with accessibility APIs and inclusive software.
- Excellent CS fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory management, multi-threading.
- Experience leading design, mentoring engineers, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
