🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years Windows desktop dev with Windows App SDK/WinUI, C#, XAML; plus C++.
- Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and .NET/native interop.
- Proven track record shipping reliable, high-performance desktop apps.
- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UIA) and inclusive software.
- OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory management, multithreading.
- Experience leading technical design, mentoring engineers, code reviews.
- Strong communication; articulate tradeoffs and collaborate cross-functionally.
- User-centric mindset; build polished, accessible user experiences.
