- Proven track record shipping reliable, performant desktop apps.
- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation).
- Strong fundamentals: OOP, patterns, data structures, memory, threading.
- Experience leading design, mentoring, code reviews, architecture decisions.
