🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years Windows desktop dev using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML; plus C++/Win32/WinRT/COM.
- Deep understanding of Windows app architecture; interop between .NET and native code.
- Proven track record shipping production desktop apps; reliability, performance, maintainability.
- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation) and inclusive software.
- Strong fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, algorithms, memory management, multithreading/async.
- Experience leading design, mentoring, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
