- Lead design and development of native Windows desktop apps (WinUI/C#/XAML/C++)
- Define/enforce Windows desktop best practices: architecture, performance, memory, UI, cross-version compatibility

🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in Windows desktop dev with Windows App SDK/WinUI; C#, XAML; ideally C++, Win32/WinRT/COM
- Deep understanding of Windows app architecture, incl. interop between .NET and native code
- Proven track record shipping production-quality desktop apps with reliability, performance, scalability
- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation) and accessible software
- Excellent fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, algorithms, memory management, multithreading/async
- Experience leading technical design, mentoring, code reviews, and architecture decisions
