- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation) and accessible software.
- Solid fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, algorithms, memory, async.
- Experience leading design, mentoring, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
- Strong communication; able to trade off, collaborate cross-functionally, and build consensus.
- User-centric mindset with polished, intuitive, accessible UX.
