- 3+ years Windows desktop dev using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML; native C++ a plus.
- Deep understanding of Windows app architecture, including interop between .NET and native code.
- Proven track record shipping production desktop apps with reliability, performance, scalability.
- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UIA) and accessible software.
- Strong OOP/design patterns, data structures, algorithms, memory, and multi-threading.
- Lead technical design; mentor engineers; code reviews; cross-functional communication; user-centric.
