🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in Windows desktop dev with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML; C++ preferred.
- Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and .NET-native interop.
- Proven track record shipping production-quality desktop apps.
- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation).
- Strong fundamentals: OOP, patterns, data structures, memory management.
- Experience leading design, mentoring, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
