🎯 Requirements
- 3+ yrs Windows desktop dev with Windows App SDK/WinUI, C#, XAML; C++ ideal
- Deep Windows app architecture and .NET/native interop
- Proven track record shipping production desktop apps
- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UIA)
- Strong fundamentals: OOP, patterns, data structures, memory management
- Experience leading design, mentoring, and code reviews
