🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in Windows desktop dev with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML; C++ a plus.
- Deep understanding of Windows architecture and .NET-native interop.
- Proven track record shipping production desktop apps.
- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation).
- Solid fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory management, multi-threading.
- Experience leading design reviews and mentoring engineers.
