- Lead design and development of Windows desktop apps using WinUI, C#, XAML, and C++
- Define and enforce Windows desktop practices: architecture, performance, memory, UI, cross-version support

๐ฏ Requirements
- 3+ years Windows desktop dev with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML; C++/Win32 a plus
- Deep Windows architecture and .NET/native interop knowledge
- Proven track record shipping production Windows apps with reliability and performance
- Strong Windows accessibility API experience and inclusive software mindset
- Solid fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, multi-threading/async
- Experience leading design, code reviews, and architecture decisions
