🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years Windows desktop dev with WinUI, Windows App SDK, C#, XAML; native C++ a plus.
- Deep interop knowledge between managed (.NET) and native Windows code.
- Proven track record shipping production desktop apps with reliability and performance.
- Experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation) and inclusive software.
- Strong fundamentals: OOP, patterns, data structures, algorithms, memory, multithreading.
- Experience leading design, mentoring, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
