🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years Windows desktop dev with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML; C++ a plus.
- Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and .NET–native interop.
- Proven track record shipping production desktop apps with reliability and performance.
- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation).
- Excellent fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, multithreading.
- Experience mentoring, code reviews, and architecture-level decisions.
- Strong communication; ability to articulate tradeoffs and drive consensus.
- User-centric mindset for polished, accessible end-user experiences.
