🎯 Requirements

- Proven track record shipping production desktop apps; reliability, performance, maintainability.
- Experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation) and inclusive UI.
- Solid fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory, multithreading.
- Experience leading design, mentoring, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
- Strong communication; articulate tradeoffs and drive consensus.
- User-centric mindset; polished, accessible experiences.
