- Proven track record shipping production desktop apps (reliability, perf).
- Strong experience with accessibility APIs on Windows (UI Automation).
- Solid fundamentals: OOP, patterns, data structures, memory, async.
- Experience leading design, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
- Excellent communication for tradeoffs and cross-functional alignment.
- User-centric mindset to build polished, accessible experiences.
