  • Lead design and dev of native Windows desktop apps using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, and XAML.
  • Define standards for architecture, perf, memory, responsive UI, and Windows 10/11 compatibility.
  • Drive accessibility with UI Automation, focus management, keyboard navigation, and screen readers.
  • Collaborate with product, UX, QA to shape feature planning and Windows roadmap.
  • Own full lifecycle from conception to release and maintenance; ensure quality.
  • Identify and fix complex bugs, performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, and rendering issues.

  • 3+ yrs Windows desktop dev with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML; C++ optional.
  • Deep understanding of Windows architecture and .NET/native interop.
  • Proven track record shipping production desktop apps (reliability, perf).
  • Strong experience with accessibility APIs on Windows (UI Automation).
  • Solid fundamentals: OOP, patterns, data structures, memory, async.
  • Experience leading design, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
  • Excellent communication for tradeoffs and cross-functional alignment.
  • User-centric mindset to build polished, accessible experiences.
