- Proven track record shipping production desktop apps with reliability and performance.
- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation or similar).
- Solid OOP, design patterns, data structures, algorithms, memory mgmt, multi-threading.
- Experience leading design, mentoring engineers, code reviews, architecture decisions.
