๐ฏ Requirements
- 3+ years in Windows desktop app development using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, and XAML.
- Ideally experience with native Windows code (C++, Win32/WinRT/COM).
- Deep understanding of Windows app architecture, including interop between .NET and native code.
- Proven track record designing, building, and shipping production desktop apps focusing on reliability and performance.
- Strong accessibility experience: UI Automation and inclusive UI.
- Solid fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, algorithms, memory management, multithreading.
- Experience leading technical design, mentoring engineers, and code reviews.
- Excellent communication and ability to drive consensus across teams.
