- Proven track record shipping production desktop apps with reliability, performance, maintainability.
- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs and inclusive software.
- Solid fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory management, multi-threading.
- Experience leading design reviews, mentoring engineers, and making architecture decisions.
