🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years Windows desktop dev with Windows App SDK/WinUI, C#, XAML; C++/Win32/WinRT a plus.
- Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and interop between .NET and native code.
- Proven track record shipping production desktop apps with reliability, performance, scalability.
- Strong experience with accessibility APIs on Windows (UI Automation) and inclusive software.
- Strong fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, algorithms, memory management, multi-threading.
- Experience leading design, mentoring engineers, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
