📋 Description

  • Lead design and development of native Windows desktop apps using Windows App SDK and WinUI.
  • Define and enforce best practices for architecture, performance, and cross-version compatibility.
  • Drive accessibility: ensure UI controls, focus, keyboard nav, and screen readers.
  • Collaborate with designers, QA, and product to shape feature planning and roadmap.
  • Own full lifecycle: conception to release and maintenance with quality.
  • Identify and resolve bugs, bottlenecks, memory issues, and propose robust solutions.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in Windows desktop development with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML.
  • Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and interop between .NET and native code.
  • Proven track record shipping production desktop apps with reliability and performance.
  • Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation) and inclusive software.
  • Excellent fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, multithreading.
  • Experience leading technical design, mentoring, reviews, and architecture decisions.
