๐ฏ Requirements
- 3+ years Windows desktop with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML; C++ a plus.
- Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and .NET/native interop.
- Proven track record shipping production desktop apps with reliability and performance.
- Strong experience with accessibility APIs on Windows (UI Automation) and inclusive software.
- Excellent fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, algorithms, memory management, multi-threading.
- Experience leading technical design, mentoring engineers, and architecture decisions.
