  • Lead design and development of native Windows desktop apps (WinUI, C#, XAML, optional C++).
  • Define and enforce Windows desktop best practices: architecture, perf, memory, UI, compatibility.
  • Drive accessibility with UI Automation, focus management, keyboard nav, and screen readers.
  • Collaborate with designers, UX, QA, and stakeholders on feature planning and roadmap.
  • Own full lifecycle of features from conception to release and maintenance.
  • Identify and resolve complex bugs, bottlenecks, memory leaks, and rendering issues.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3+ years Windows desktop with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML; C++ a plus.
  • Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and .NET/native interop.
  • Proven track record shipping production desktop apps with reliability and performance.
  • Strong experience with accessibility APIs on Windows (UI Automation) and inclusive software.
  • Excellent fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, algorithms, memory management, multi-threading.
  • Experience leading technical design, mentoring engineers, and architecture decisions.
